Star of Master Chef renowned for setting the more difficult dessert challenges, Adriano Zumbo will be a special guest at the fifth Sample Food Festival in September.
The chef will add celebrity flair to this years event, offering cooking demonstrations at the festival.
Joining Adriano will be two-hatted chef James Viles of Biota Dining, heading to Sample as another of this year’s guest chefs.
Luke Hines will also be on show demonstrating one of his favourite, easy, healthy breakfast options using beautiful Byron Farmers Market Produce and some Powerfood by Brookfarm.
Fans of good food will also be able to sample the local region’s best food and produce on offer, with festival director Remy Tancred seeing it as a one-stop shop.
“It is a chance for visitors to speak to farmers direct and sample our incredible local cuisine,” she said.
The event will be held at Bangalow Showgrounds on September 5 with tasting plates from $5 and $10. Entry is $5.
Tickets are also on sale for The Producer and The Chef to be held on Friday, September 4. The lunch, prepared by a team of leading chefs, will be served under the marquee at the showground.
