Clarence River Bridge turns 75

This July sees the 75th anniversary of the Clarence River Bridge. The Bridge was opened in 1932 and to celebrate this great event activities are being planned for 20, 21 & 22 July. Breakfast BBQs, boating and vintage car displays, parade, a fly past by the Grafton Aero club and a Ball are just some of the planned events.

An Exhibition ‘Bridge over the River Clarence’ will be held at the Regional Gallery until August 12th.

The celebration will attract major crowds into Grafton this winter and it will feature on Channels 9’s ‘Today Show’.
